If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, our Managing For Success® Assessments and the Paragon Team Development Process will ease your pain. More importantly, we will help you build and lead a team that is capable of propelling your business to a whole new level.

This process will answer these important questions for you:

  • What behavior is needed to do each of the core functions that make up my practice?
  • What are the natural strengths of each of my team members? (What type of work should they be doing?)
  • Do I have the right people in the right positions?
  • How do I manage and motivate my people more effectively?
  • How can we communicate more effectively and enhance the performance of our team?
  • Do I have any gaps of coverage on my team, and if so, what can I do about it?

Included in the Team Development Process is:

  • Business Profile and Team Member Survey - To get started with our process we need to have a better understanding of your business and your team members. The Business Profile provides us a snapshot of your business so we have a better understanding of it's current structure and needs. The Team Member Survey helps us understand each person's current role on the team and his/her perspective of the team's strengths, abilities and challenges. In addition, a business effectiveness survey is included. We survey each team member on their perspective on each of the core functions of the business. This results in setting goals for improvement in all aspects of the business.
  • Behavior Style Analysis (DISC) – Explains HOW a person behaves, what their natural strengths are, the type of work each team member should do and their preferred work environment. Key for identifying roles and responsibilities.
  • Workplace Motivators (WM) – Explains WHY a person does what they do, what drives them, how they can be motivated, and how well they will work with other team members.
  • Team Summary – A team composite of team members’ strengths and the impact on the structure of the team.
  • Telephone Consultation by a Certified Team Consultant – Professional consultation to help you interpret your team’s assessments and get the most out of them in addition to developing a strategy for your team structure. Discussions include business optimization, identification of roles ane responsibilities for your team members, and uncovering of any practice management issues that may be holding your business back from achieving greater success. Two 60-90 minute telephone consulting sessions are included in the process.

The Paragon Team Development Process helps you determine how best to use a person’s talents in a team. As an awareness tool, these assessments can help your team members understand themselves and each other better to improve communication within the team. You can also discover stressors within the work environment and any possible barriers to success in one’s current role or position. As a predictive instrument, they can be used to anticipate how one will behave in various situations, and therefore they can be a good determinant of job performance. This process is also essential in determining the viability of a partnership by identifying specific, objective pros and cons of the potential partnership.

The Paragon Team Development Process fee is determined by the number of team members you have. All discovery, assessments (50 pages per team member), surveys, and certified telephone consulting sessions are included.
